The Okahandja Motor Club was founded and
affiliated to the Namibian Motor Sport Federation in 2008, to
promote motor sport in Okahandja and Namibia.
Our goal is to facilitate
opportunity for people who love their cars and speed, to test
their ability on a legal and controlled environment.

We have held 4 very successful events in
2008, and 5 very successful events in 2009.
Our events draw entrants and
spectators form around Namibia and South Africa.
The Okahandja Air Strip, our race
track, makes for an ideal track for this sport, attractive for
entrants and spectators.
We are a very active club and are
involved with Motorsport at many levels of the sport.
As an additional highlight for the year
2010, Okahandja Motor Club is planning to invite National
participants from South Africa to participate in our very
successful “Namib Road Kings” event for 2010. All the events
will be hosted in conjunction with and as prescribed by the
Namibian Motorsport Federation and will be conducted as per the
Rules and Regulations of the Namibian Motorsport Federation and
the Namibia Sports Commission.
